January 2017
1. I was really good with looking at how I was developing professionally as well as using my leadership skills when dealing with technology.
2. Another one of my strengths was looking at the basic technology skills that people in this digital age have developed with things like google docs.
3. Lastly I was good at overall being able to adapt to using different technology tools and being able to explain them.

1. I advanced in my skills with being able to promote different types of technology as well as being able to further explain them when I am talking about them.
2. Another thing I became more comfortable with was being able to talk professionally to others and present myself in a good way.
3. Lastly I have gotten more comfortable with using websites and how to make them look good as well as making them easy to navigate.
1. I really need to start incorporating more technology into my teaching style.
2. I also need to make sure I have all of my presences online private and make sure I am properly sending emails with greetings.
3. I need to learn more about using technology to make things like websites or surveys.
1. I need to make sure that I am able to accommodate every single type of learner when I use my technology in the classroom.
2. I also need to make sure I am promoting technology usage more in the classroom.
3. I should make sure I am communicating better with more teachers from different places to better improve upon my teaching styles.

1. One goal I have is that I am able to better navigate using all of the tools it takes to make a website.
2. Another thing I want to do is collect more websites that will help me when I am a teacher and add to my teaching style.
3. I want to become better at making lesson plans that are easy to follow and can be used by any type of learner.
1. I made a teacher website which was very beneficial in teaching me the different things it takes to make a website. This has made me feel more comfortable with using websites, and I am excited to use it as a beneficial tool for the parents and students to be able to use and navigate what we are doing in class.
2. I created a Symbaloo which allowed me to put some great website links all in one place. These websites will be very beneficial in the future when I am making lesson plans as well as giving the students extra tools they can use.
3. I created multiple lesson plans but the one I think was the best was my PBL project where I got to make a project that everyone could contribute to. There are very good step by step instructions for the students to follow.
